The CC206 locomotive is a diesel electric locomotive made by General Electric Transportation, United States which is owned and operated by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). This locomotive is equipped with two bogies with a C-C (Co'Co') configuration, namely three driving wheels on each bogie. There is a difference with other diesel electric locomotives made by GE of the same type, namely that they are equipped with two driver's cabins at the front and rear ends, like locomotives in Europe in general.
